Dear Sandra, Thank you, The surface area of a 7.5*8.5mm Rescue implant is 288mm2, more than a fixture with 5*13mm, so it is enough, also, with this type of fixture most of the body of fixture is in the real bone, thank you again for your question. Best wishes, Maziar Shahzad Dowlatshahi

yes,my only concern was if you gain hight on the elevation site .my question why not place an implant longer than 8mm why you did not place an 13 mm implant looks like you are going to restore with implant bridge.

Dear Dr Shirani, Thank you so much, i use bone carrier, ( very similar to Amalgam carrier) for bone transfer, and special spreader and condenser for packing the bone that is in the Sam Lee kit. Best, Maziar Shahzad Dowlatshahi

Thank you Erik, I wish i could put more photos to describe it more, i put my photos in my face book page, "...and implant diary for all...", regarding your question, i crashed the auto bone and mixed it with DFDBA, i prefer this mixture, about just lifting the membrabe alone without any graft, i am not sure, although there are articles that says its enough, i prefer to put a mixture, thank you so much for your comment, Maziar Shahzad Dowlatshahi.

Very nice case. I´m also very found of the Sam Lee Technique and have many sucessful cases like yours. My only opinion to discuss further would be the grafting in this case. Do You really need the bone gained by adding grafting mtrl or would it have been suffient by just lifting the Schneiderian membrane? Nice fotos and nice handling of the tissues. All the best // Erik
