I viewed the live webinar on January 25. Excellent presentation. In the first case, please discuss your rationale for screw retained crowns as opposed to cement retained crowns.

Thanks for watching the webinar. I prefer a "screw-retained" option in this area as it keeps the implant placement towards the lingual as well as offers a potential option to add "artificial gingiva" if needed. In addition, it is retrievable if needed and does not have the problem of leaving behind cement in the subgingival area. That doesn't mean you must use this option but it is nice to have it as an option.
