we see lot of patients of attrition in our practice ,which composites are best that can withstand the load of increasing vertical dimension
and composites wear after some period of time ,or lose their luster please advise tips for long lasting durable aesthetic composites restorations restorations

in response to Julia we prefer posterior teeth to disarticulate in all excursive movements of the mandible to protect them and to to decrease the activity of the elevator muscles of mastication especially in tooth to tooth contacts as in bruxers
