Description:
Following extraction of a compromised central incisor the remaining site is not amendable to implant placement. This “over the shoulder” procedure details the reconstruction utilizing an Allograft J-Block shaped to fit the defect on a stereolitho model derived from an I-Cat Scan and Materialise Software. The use of Plasma Rich Growth Factor (PRGF), and the unique fibrin membrane is similarly textured. The appropriate use of both mattress suture and interrupted ties to maintain soft tissue closure as well as post-op healing is critical to success.
