I agree. How is the BMP cases featured on XP turning out? What about ridge splitting and interpositional grafting as new options in regenerative therapy?

An outstanding review of current and varying regenerative approaches in esthetic implant dentistry. Discussions focus on GBR utilizing a titanium mesh FT-Wing and resorbable membranes. Excellent cases and technical review of surgical concepts. Anything new other than bioactive modifiers and BMP??
