How do u order provisionals from lab? What's the step?
So after u removed the old crowns/veneers from the female patient, did u use a putty matrix from a wax up for the temps or were they provisionals made by a lab? Thanks for clarifying and for a very informative video.

I must say that I disagree. This lecture was on the Art of Esthetics not the "technical" aspects. The slides displayed the message quite well. There happens to be a lecture on occlusion by Jay Lerner on this site who teaches with Dr. Rosenthal which displays excellent technique related occlusal aspects.
