The Art of Clinical Photography
Description:
.A picture is worth a thousand words is a proverb that refers to the idea that complex stories can be described with just a single still image, or that an image may be more influential than a substantial amount of text. When we take photography in our practice, we don’t have to say anything. It is so much easier to show the patient what we are talking about and they are able to visualize the key points as to the treatment plan. This program is designed to introduce you to the exciting world of Dental Digital Photography, showing how to take photos and images like a true professional! Gain practical hands-on experience that will demonstrate to you the benefits of including Digital Photography in your practice.

thank you very much for your excellent informative video which motivated me to buy a system from www.photomed.com. it is canon rebel T4i complete set. what I couldn't figure out is whether this camera with its macrolense and ring flash is good in recording intra oral videos ( as i teaching implant courses and need that) also will I be able to mount light on that camera for video purpose? is it connectable to neck mic?

This is an excellent presentation and one I would hope all dentists would see and then make it available to their dental assistants. My dental assistants take over 80% of my patient photographs. For my new patients they take the photos before I come into the room because I want to view the patient images WITH my patient so they become part of my diagnosis and treatment planning.

Esthetic Techniques and Materials
This presentation is a must for the dental team who is ready to go to the next level. The changes in the marketplace require us to communicate with our patients differently. It requires us to learn new procedures, learn to work with new materials, and have a higher level of communication with the dental laboratory. But mostly, it requires all members of the dental team to be aware of these new exciting times, and have the tools to build the practice of our dreams.

In our practice, we strive to provide the best possible restorative and prosthetic dentistry there is. However, the question that often arises is: How many more new gadgets do we need in our office and which ones are really going to improve the quality of our care?
