Hi Dr Rabie ...nice presentation ..Thank you ...at 8.43 you mention you get screw loosening with screw retained versus cement retained restoration.i don't get this point as a cement retained restoration is attached to the screw retained abutment ..thus biomechanically the same thing.I agree i do more cement retained but not necessarily because they are less likely to loosen? Also you have not suggested the use of 2 standard implants in a molar restoration which would be of even greater surface area and biomechanically superior...do you agree?

Improvements in implant designs have helped advance successful immediate anterior implant placement into fresh extraction sockets. Clinical techniques described in this case enable practitioners to achieve predictable esthetic success using a method that limits the amount of buccal contour change of the extraction site ridge and potentially enhances the thickness of the peri-implant soft tissues coronal to the implant-abutment interface.
