Most studies report a wait of between six weeks and three months before taking the impression and placement of any type of restoration. But if we manage adequate surgical protocol and include certain processes (subject of the study), we can have more predictable results in relation to the marginal stability in the medium and long term. We are showing Claudia's case she is 20 years old with a clear gummy smile and small teeth in proportion to her face to whom we practice periodontal plastic surgery on ten of her upper pieces from premolar to premolar and cemented her veneers three weeks after the surgical procedure. We also present part of the elaboration process of the indirect resin veneers by our laboratory.

Predictable and repeatable results can be achieved through materials and clinical practices that, on one hand, preserve the original structure of the compromised tooth and, on the other hand, involve a very low biologic price. Fatigue Resistance and Crack Propensity of Novel "Super-Closed" Sandwich Composite Resin Restorations in Large MOD Defects
To asses the influence of conventional glass ionomer cement (GIC) vs resin-modified GIC (RMGIC) as a base material for novel, super-closed sandwich restorations (SCSR) and its effect on shrinkage-induced crack propensity and in vitro accelerated fatigue resistance. A standard MOD slot-type tooth preparation was applied to 30 extracted maxillary molars. A modified sandwich restoration was used, in which the enamel/dentin bonding agent was applied first, followed by a Ketac Molar or Fuji II LC base, leaving 2mm for composite resin material. Shrinkage induced enamel cracks were tracked with photography and transillumination. Samples were loaded until fracture or to a maximum of 185,000 cycles under isometric chewing, starting with a load of 200 N and gradually up to a maximum of 30,000 each...

This paper introduces a new technique for creating Class II posterior composite restorations - the centripetal build-up.
