Ashok...I have found over the years there is always someone out there that is much better than an employee I have had to replace especially a questionable or bad employee. So it may be time to replace this assistant with a better one.

Mam,I having a girl assistant. She is woking for me since 6-7 years.Every year she draws the puja bonus n without giving any massage discontinues. She even does not allow other staff to learn properly.Mostly she comes late n take leave on many excuses. So many material is getting wasted because her negligecy.Fed up.what to do.

Everethings come down to "motto". Knowledge and equipment is a "plus", not a "must". If you do have the right intention and honesty, it will work wonders for you. Do your best to your patients as if you always were caring for another knowledgeable professional.

Jefffrey, I have heard many -practice management consultants and can always pick up a "pearl" or two. And I even wrote an article on this fact...that if you are a sophisticated practice then most of what you hear will be either what you know or what you have learned so if you do get that 'pearl' then it was well worth the time spent. If not then you are already beyond the point of learning the basic and need to move on. Rhonda is a good teacher and she has helped many practices so I am sure she has helped many with her presentation.

Hey gentlemen, what were you expecting, Tony Robbins. You do have some Roger Levin stuff on this site as well. I found her to be quite informative and honest with what she has experienced. Education comes in all flavors and styles. Sam

I don't know if she is a good lab tech. or not but she has no future as a practice managment consultant. Just terrible. below high-school level presentation.

Nicholas laudati - (1/30/2012 10:43 PM)

as with all of these practice management speakers they speak but really don't say much

Esthetic Techniques and Materials
This presentation is a must for the dental team who is ready to go to the next level. The changes in the marketplace require us to communicate with our patients differently. It requires us to learn new procedures, learn to work with new materials, and have a higher level of communication with the dental laboratory. But mostly, it requires all members of the dental team to be aware of these new exciting times, and have the tools to build the practice of our dreams.

Legal Considerations in the Use of Cone Beam Computer Tomography Imaging
Cone beam computed tomography imaging represents a paradigm shift for enhancing diagnosis and treatment planning. Questions regarding cone beam computed tomography's associated legal responsibility are addressed, including cone beam tomography necessity, recognition of pathosis in the scan's entire volume, adequate training, informed consent and/or refusal and current court status of cone bean computed tomography. Judicious selection and prudent use of cone beam computed tomography technology to protect and promote patient safety and efficacious treatment complies with the standard of care.
