Thank you very much, Photios!!!! I Just use a template that I have on my keynote where I adjust the timeline for every patient. Is quite easy to make and is really helpful to engage patients with such visual tool.

Dear Dr. Francisco Barbosa, Thank you so much for your splendid presentation. May I ask one question? At around 4:50 min into your video, you present a treatment plan sequence for one of your patients. Is there a specific software that you use to present such an eloquent treatment sequence for your patients? Thank you, Dr. Zervas

Beautiful cases and synthesis of information. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely agree with you Barry and I have to reinforce your message they full arches require some work around and is not for beginners. There are however some tips that can be used. Also it depends of who designs the framework and how it is produced. Thanks for your feedback

Nice presentation. As a fellow Trios user I would, however, caution those interested that full arch restorations are not as easy as you have stated. There are many "work-arounds" to insure full arch accuracy that I know you must employ. I know we do. But awesome presentation and when it goes well....digital is truly amazing.

What is the Role of Blood and its Proteins in Regenerative Therapy? Bioengineering and Technological Applications
In the blood stream, we have plasmatic proteins and proteins that are released upon platelet activation. These proteins, at certain concentration, play an important function in orchestrating complex events that occur to achieve tissue regeneration like chemiotaxis, angiogenesis, cellular proliferation and differentiation. The optimized use of these bioactive clues would offer several advantages and applications in surgery.

Alternative & New Tendencies for Alveolar Reconstruction in Modern Implant Dentistry Premium Member Content

Alternative & New Tendencies for Alveolar Reconstruction in Modern Implant Dentistry
Knowledge of bone biology and physiology are crucial for successful dento-alveolar reconstruction. The presentation will review the natural healing process of the bone and the sequence of events needed for proper regeneration. This process will then be discussed and compare with the present materials and technologies available in the market including alloplastics and allogenic materials. The role of the Stem Cells and rh-BMP2 will be exposed as part of these new trends in alveolar reconstruction for modern implant dentistry. Multiple cases will be presented demonstrating the versatility and outcomes in different clinical situations based on biological, bio-mechanics, and implant aesthetic needs.

Horizontal Augmentation Through the Ridge-Split Procedure: A Predictable Surgical Modality in Implant Reconstruction Premium Member Content

Horizontal Augmentation Through the Ridge-Split Procedure: A Predictable Surgical Modality in Implant Reconstruction
The need for an adequate alveolar ridge width has been a long-standing principle in pre-prosthetic surgery. Since the introduction of root-form endosseous dental implants, the necessity of proper alveolar ridge width has become essential. In this presentation, the author concentrated on the ridge-split procedure (RSP) as a form of a ridge modification (widening or augmentation), the technique that offers many possibilities and has many advantages in oral pre-prosthetic implant reconstruction. There are many modifications of the RSP. This presentation is a description of classical ridge-split procedure in maxilla and mandible that has been successfully employed for many years in author’s surgical practice.

Applied Techniques for Predictable Suture Placement Part 1
Surgical suture positioning is crucial to ensure adequate healing and can be accomplished using a variety of suturing methods. Sutures should generally be placed distal to the last tooth and within each interproximal space and should always be inserted through the more mobile flap first The flaps should not be blanched during the tying procedure, and closure should not be positioned closer than 2 mm to 3 mm from the edge of the flap, in order to prevent tearing during the inevitable swelling that…

A Technique for Surgical Mandibular Exostosis Removal
Exostosis, a slow-growing, benign bony outgrowth, is a common clinical finding and not usually an issue with patients. However, when removable prosthetics must sit either adjacent to or over these areas, pressure, food abrasion, ulceration, or limited tongue space can occur. This article describes a surgical technique for exdsion of exostosis through the presentation of a case. An 86-year-old woman had soft-tissue irritation caused by abrasion from food in the buccal posterior right quadrant. The…
