An outstanding series that I will definately recommend to my colleagues. I often discuss with my patients - why do you discount bleeding gums when brushing your teeth as nothing to be alarmed about? Background: Periodontal probing is one of the most common methods used in diagnosing periodontal disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of the diameter of periodontal probing tips in diagnosing and evaluating periodontal disease.
