Hello

It is all about the line of reason? Is it heroic folly to retain or prudent to extract. If it was a horse, would you back a winner implant or risk perfection on Monday, fracture on Friday, all bets lost?
Me? I would have an implant on any medium to large restored tooth.

- - I have recently been seeing some relatively new information on the confusing contentious topic of post cementation - any really relevant changes we should know about ?

very useful debate. Its time that people start appreciating Endo more in the restorative process. I call it the backbone of any full mouth restoration. I find that my endodontic team help me prevent thousands of extractions a year and help people save fortunes on implants, getting a more natural smile with lasting predictable results. this debate will definately shed some light on the need for a final restoration after root canal.

The Merger of Orthodontics with Cosmetic Dentistry
As orthodontists, we don’t do laminates. But when we are finishing a case, sometimes the smile just doesn’t “look right”. But not all our patients either want or can afford laminates. Not all even need them to get a great smile. So, what principles can we learn from the cosmetic dentists and use in our orthodontic cases? Apparently quite a lot! In this presentation, Dr. Sarver will illustrate finishing procedures such as reshaping contacts, connectors, embrasures, and even soft tissue contouring with lasers to achieve that next level of smile presentation in your orthodontic cases.

Dental Endoscopic Viewing System
Endoscopy has enabled medicine to take a quantum leap in disease diagnosis and therapeutic management by allowing visualization and access for repair of injuries via minimally invasive surgical (MIS) techniques. Since their introduction, fiberoptic bundles and electronic video technology have continually advanced and fostered smaller-bore (viewing tubes) endoscopes of 2 mm and less, further improving access into smaller cavities and anatomical spaces of the body. This viewing technology has reached…
