Thank you for your feedback. I will be following up with a short video on how to fabricate 'quick' in office guides for simple cases. But you can watch the following video link on how to make imaging guides, which is essentially the same process and describes one technique. For single teeth replacement, I commonly use a thermoguide- EZ Stent (from Applied Dental). On a cast, you prepare the exact implant position and trajectory according to occlusion, place a pin from the kit, soften the material in hot water (until turns clear) and place it on the guide pin while conforming the material over adjacent teeth. Once cooled off, it will turn white again and becomes more solid. For more complex occlusions or multiple teeth, I simply send it to a lab for wax up and acrylic guide and request a 2.0 or 2.3 mm sleeve in the precise position. I hope this is helpful.

wider hole in the plastic surgical guide will allow us to ajust the inclination of the bur with the acceptable implant position.
my opinion, this guide is more simple for compromise alveolar bone.
