In this case the key point is to keep the crown intact. Obliteration of the pulp chamber and poor crown root ratio kept me away of trying conventional RCT with MTA plug. Consider this as a surgical MTA plug. Effective hemostasis will prevent the MTA and canal blood contamination.

sir can we do conventional rootcanal with GPpts n resin cement in this case followed by removing GP with a bur n then doing retrograde filling with MTA.During surgery how we will prevent contamination of MTA OR canal from blood . DR A GUPTA
