That is correct. This implant has excellent initial stability due to thread design and drilling protocol. As we took the impression and shade on the day of surgery the final crown can be delivered in 8 weeks.

Khalil; The strength of a one-piece implant abutment is greater than that of a conventional two-piece implant. To my knowledge there has never been a single case of abutment fracture of a unibody implant. regards Dr. Salama

No special advise. We simply instruct the patient not to chew on the implant temporary. As for immediate temporization, we must have at least 40Ncm initial torque insertion stability to proceed and we do not functionally load the implant.

any advise given to the patient not to chew or put excessive bitting strenght on the implant during the 3 month healing period?
