The answer to "How long will it last" will always depend on patient home care, mastication techniques, and willingness to wear bite guard protection plus other circumstances. Best bet is to give the above answer and use the average life expectancy as outlined in Change Your Smile in each chapter for each esthetic, functional and restorative technique.
