This type of case is classified as Type 3 case and typically exhibits interproximal and/or vertical tissue loss. Therapeutic modalities such as Bone and soft tissue grafting, orthodontic eruption, root submergence as well as the utilization of pink prosthetic materials are discussed as possible solutions by themselves or in concert to overcome these challenges.
