Try "www.iruler.net." The website measures the size of your screen and creates the image of a ruler that is the correct size.You can import the jpeg into iPHOTO and then crop accordingly. Remember to measure the dental cast as a reference point to get a 1:1 ratio.

The present study was designed to compare the long-term outcome and complications of cemented versus screw-retained implant restorations in partially edentulous patients.
