Thank you very much Dr.Brady for your great presentation. What is your opinion about laser whitening, Smartlight 3LT (smartbleach photo-dynamic) thay say that there gel has PH 8-9, green laser and for this reason this system is more effective and safe. Good points, Dimitris,

I see your logic on the 'gingival seal' and look forward to see what Lee Ann says.

Thank you for your great presentation! I always enjoy your articles and webinars they are very informative for me and help me a lot in my daily life. I have 1 questions and i disaggree in one thing 1. You dont use block-out in trays . so where the material will flow if there is no space for it?Ever if the tray fits loose i dont think that the material will not flow in the mouth with this technique. 2.I disaggre with the logic of trimming the gingival part. I actually use that little space to seal the gingiva and papilla. I think is the most important part of the tray. Especially if the tray is loose with no gingival seal and no block-out the material will flow in the gingiva. I use a lot of tray based bleaching and i conclude that 2 things are very important for result and sensitivity . Gingival seal and the way you distribute the block-out. Best Regards from Greece Dimitris Tsanaktsidis
