Alan; Take a look at Part 1 of Dr. Salama's video on Implant Reconstruction. But if you really want to learn HOW to do these go take his HANDS-ON 2 Day Soft Tissue Course in Atlanta. It was the BEST course. He teaches you how and what products to utilize. Band
