Dr. Ophir Fromovich the innovator and managing director of Alpha Bio Implant System has been involved in research and development of dental implants, implant prosthetic systems and instruments for the last sixteen years. Besides his private practice, he holds the position of research associate at the laboratory of dental technology in the faculty of the Dental Medicine the Hebrew University-Hadassah Jerusalem. He heads the International Centre for Dental Education where he has overseen the training of <5,000 dentists worldwide in the art of dental implant placement and associated prosthetic procedures. He has lectures extensively worldwide sharing his knowledge, experience, and constant strive for updating and improving the field of dental Implantology (much of this done in collaboration with the leading prosthodontists and dental technicians). Dr. Fromovich is also the editor of books video cassettes and software for dental Implantology education and has a regular column in a popular Israeli dental journal. He is an active member of DGZI, IAOI, and ICOI.
