Soft Tissue for Pontic Implant Sites in the Esthetic Area
Dental implants have become a common treatment in the dental office. If the clinician wants to achieve an optimal functional and esthetic result it is not enough to emulate the white portion of the teeth. A natural appearance of the implant-supported rehabilitation will depend also on the quantity and quality of the soft tissues surrounding the fixed prostheses. When multiple teeth have been lost or have to be extracted, soft tissue grafting around pontic sites and implants becomes paramount for the long-term success of the treatment. How to shape those tissues with the temporary restoration should be well understood as well.
This lecture explains the importance of soft tissue grafting techniques around pontic sites and implants and how to do it in a predictable, modern and a minimally invasive way.
We present many different techniques illustrated with clinical cases.

Microsurgical Soft Tissue Reconstruction for Teeth & Implants - Part 2 of 2
Esthetics plays a key role in a modern society and the average dental health of the population is improving every day. In such environment, the demands of dental treatments are different and dentists should approach their patients in a different way: they should be prepared to implement different and modern techniques around teeth and implants. Soft tissue grafting techniques provide the dentist with an armamentarium that makes possible to prevent and solve many problems and complications around teeth and implants, making more predictable the treatments results.
This presentation is focused in the importance of soft tissue grafting techniques around teeth and implants and how to do it in a predictable, modern and a minimally invasive way. We present many different techniques illustrated with clinical cases.

Soft Tissue Augmentation: What Are The Limits?
Soft tissue grafting techniques provide the dentist with an armamentarium that makes possible to prevent and solve many problems and complications around teeth and implants, making more predictable the treatments results.
But, what are the limits ? Sometimes it is not so easy to take the right decision between bone or soft tissue grafting techniques
We present many different techniques illustrated with clinical cases in order to explain our point of view.

The Great Debate on Soft Tissue Regeneration
Recession and soft tissue deficiencies are a significant challenge in restorative and implant dentistry. A variety of different approaches and techniques using minimally invasive flaps and micro-surgical instrumentation have been proposed in this session with some of the leading clinicians in the field. A conceptual debate format discussing the virtues of CTG, FGG, pedicle grafts, as well as vestibular approaches, growth factor mediated-ACDM and flap management as well as key suturing aspects were discussed.

Surgical & Restorative Management in the Aesthetic Zone
Very often anterior tissue and tooth deficiencies require a multi-disciplinary approach to correct. This presentation reviews several classic techniques in managing these challenging cases including; Orthodontic extrusion, soft tissue and hard tissue augmentation and restorative selection. A quantifiable strategy and case selection is presented as well as several options that should be considered.

Papilla Regeneration in Patients with Gummy Smile
A lost interdental papilla is difficult to regenerate. Only a few successful case reports have been published and there are no studies reporting a predictable technique to reconstruct the papilla. In this presentation we talk about the biological determinants of gingival papilla. We show different clinical cases ranging from simple cases, where papilla preservation techniques are applied, to complex cases of patients with gingival smile where we apply papilla regeneration techniques.
