Course Overview
The factors that affect tooth movement and how to control these factors will be presented during this course. The importance of accurate bracket placement and repositioning (during treatment) will be examined as well as how differential bracket placement is required for certain malocclusions. The sequence of treatment and arch wire progression will also be discussed.
Course Objectives
1. Recognize the importance of appropriate bracket placement related to patient’s muscle strength and malocclusion.
2. Select the appropriate cases to treat related to vertical dimension challenges.
3. Identify the applicable sequence of treatment and wire progression for each Orthodontic case treated.
