Course Overview
During this module, multiple straight wire Orthodontic cases with will be reviewed. Step-by-step treatment plans will be examined, and the resolution of certain clinical challenges discussed. Bracket placement concepts, wire progression and the importance of the repositioning appointment will be discussed. The various degrees of difficulty related to different types of malocclusions and tooth movement will also be reviewed.
Course Objectives
1. Identify the importance of accurate bracket placement.
2. Define the appropriate wire progression for beginning Orthodontic cases.
3. Describe the steps required during the repositioning appointment.
