Creating Implant Esthetics is not only about technical skill and product knowledge. It requires a thorough investigation into Bone Volume and Tissue Quality and how it relates to the future proposed restoration. Missing this on the diagnostic side will often lead to esthetic failure or compromised results regardless of the skill of the operators. This presentation will clearly describe the challenges faced with multiple tooth replacement in the Esthetic Zone and some of the recently reported strategies and key algorithms to overcome these difficult scenarios. Extraction Management, Orthodontic Extrusion, Bone Grafting, Pontic Enhancement, Root Submergence and Artificial Gingival Reconstruction will all be reviewed as potential strategies in managing the loss of multiple anterior teeth.
