In this final clinical video, Dr. David Garber demonstrates the restoration of the single implant from open-tray impression making, through the development of an all-ceramic screw-retained crown. The interim closure of the screw access hole is demonstrated using PTFE tape, a light cured periodontal dressing and a flowable composite. The completed restoration is shown as the fifth part of this alternative integrated, simplified, but ultra-conservative solution to a complex esthetic dilemma.
