A 39 years old woman came to our office to seek immadiate solution for her undisered smile. After anamnesis we choosed a full mouth reconstruction to reestablish the patient's function and esthetics. For evaluating how much restorative involvement does it mean, we made a wax-up. After accepting the probable outcome, the treatment has followed driven by wax-up.
