Course Overview
We review the anatomy of the neuromuscular junction and the mechanism of skeletal muscle activation (Train of Four or "TOF") for muscle movement. We also discuss steps for the use and monitoring of a neuromuscular paralytic (Succinylcholine) for the treatment of laryngospasm.
