Course Overview
During sedation treatment, analgesics can be delivered intravenously, but due to the invasive procedures associated with sedation appointments, analgesics often need to be provided after the appointment as well. These appointments can pose unique challenges, as individuals under sedation often have increased discomfort due to existing pain and multiple procedures performed. Furthermore, the invasive nature of the procedures during the appointment exacerbates the need for post-appointment analgesics.
