Course Overview
Placing implants in the Esthetic Zone it’s a very demanding task. To evaluate the hard and soft tissues, the socket classification, the ridge anatomy, ideal 3D implant position and the final prostho is mandatory before beginning surgery. Planning is key and helps us to avoid complications. If complications arise, there is increased risk and the possibility having to perform a second surgery, which is important to consider when managing patient expectations.
