This presentation provides an overview to the Implant Surgeon of the importance of keratinized tissues, vestibular depth and muscle frenum removal. These procedures can be performed at various stages, prior to, at the time of, during stage uncovering or doing provisionalization of the implants. These procedures encompass several modalities, bed preparation, tissue harvest, muscle detachment, as well as repositioned pedicle flaps. Suturing and flap management will be highlighted.
