In this lecture, Dr. Ady Palti, a surgeon from Baden Baden Germany, outlines his perspective on 4-D planning in esthetic implant therapy. Components of a dento-facial esthetic evaluation are described along with the proportions and measurements that are important to include in any anterior implant placement. In addition, Dr. Palti also discusses digital planning criteria, the requirement and utilization of surgical guides for executing optimal implant placement and immediate temporization as well as esthetic complications and their correction.
