Delayed Replacement of missing teeth can be accomplished in a simplified and predictable manner. This video highlights delayed placement of a 2nd premolar implant after 4 months following bone grafting with mineralized irradiated allograft bone. Minimal flap reflection with placement of a Biohorizons tapered Laserlok implant and labial veneer grafting is followed by the immediate placement of a Laserlok abutment and immediate non-functional temporization. The concept of one abutment-one time is highlighted and provides a simplified and effecient method for implant restoration and crestal bone preservation.
