Course Description

We all have success and failure in our daily practice of dentistry. How we avoid, manage, and respond to failures will eventually have the greatest impact on our office reputation and staff morale. This meeting will focus entirely on clinical failures--how we learn from them and make ourselves better problem solvers, leading us to a better future. Surgical, prosthetic, and lab failures will be highlighted and addressed using multimedia presentations by some of the best educators in the world.
