Dr. Carlos Toro is a distinguished University Professor and Dental Practitioner with expertise in Digital Dentistry, Comprehensive Diagnosis, and Dental Radiology. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), where he later became a professor of Radiology. His private practice in Caracas spans multiple institutions, including the Tamanaco Comprehensive Dental Center and OralArt Center for Specialized Dentistry, where he has introduced advanced digital and radiographic techniques to enhance patient care. He is also a founding member of the Venezuelan Society of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology and Imaging (SVRID), contributing significantly to the advancement of imaging in dentistry.

 

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Toro is actively involved in academic and clinical research, with a focus on Digital Imaging and CAD-CAM Technologies. He collaborates internationally with Viax Dental Technologies in Madrid, Spain, and serves as a Guest Professor at institutions such as the Complutense University of Madrid, University of Santiago de Compostela, Catholic University of Murcia, and Nova Southeastern University.
