Dr. Mariano Estrada is a distinguished dental professional with an extensive background in both education and practice. Graduating with a Doctorate in Dental Science from the Univ Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic in 1997, Dr. Estrada embarked on a career marked by significant post-graduate achievements. In 1998-1999, he specialized in Implantology and Oral Surgery at the Branemark Osseointegration Center in Chile and furthered his expertise in Occlusion, Oral Rehabilitation, and Esthetics at the University of OREST, Chile, from 1998 to 2000. He also completed an externship in Prosthodontics at Chile University during this period.

Dr. Estrada continued to enhance his skills through various short-term courses, including Advanced Oral Surgery at Implant Brazil in São Paulo and the University of São Leopoldo in 2013, and Soft Tissue Management at ILAPEO in Curitiba, Brazil, the same year. In 2014, he  pursued Mucogingival Perio Surgery at the University of Monterrey in Mexico. He further expanded his expertise with an externship in Digital Smile Design in Santo Domingo in 2019 and participated in Periodontal Plastic Surgery at the Hurzeler Zurich Academy in Germany in 2020. Most recently, Dr. Estrada completed a course in Advanced Oro-Facial Harmonization at the University of Cartagena in collaboration with the Colombian Society of Oro-Facial Esthetics in 2022, and Ceramics and Adhesives in Oral Rehabilitation the same year.

Professionally, Dr. Estrada began his career in 2000 at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at Hospital Luis Aybar in Santo Domingo, where he worked until 2010. Since 2000, he has been the Director of the Implant and Esthetic Clinic in Santo Domingo, a position that reflects his leadership in the field. Dr. Estrada is a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in Prosthodontics and Oral Surgery and has made substantial contributions as an international lecturer and invited professor at various universities. HIs expertise has been shared through over 100 lectures and courses across Central and South America.

Dr. Estrada offers advanced courses and lectures on several topics, including "The Esthetic Zone," which focuses on peri-surgery and prosthodontics in challenging anterior zones, "Full Arch Critical Aspects in Surgery & Prostho," addressing the All-on-X concept and digital treatment planning, and "Facially Driven Adhesive Restorations," which emphasizes minimally invasive approaches and the integration of facial esthetics in restorative procedures. Dr. Estrada continues to push the boundaries of dental science through innovative techniques and comprehensive education, solidifying their role as a leading figure in the field.
