Pascal Magne is a renowned figure in biomimetic restorative dentistry, known for his work in esthetics and adhesive dentistry, and is currently the Director of Magne EDUCATION, a premiere provider of dental education in Beverly Hills, California. Pascal was born in La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland). He grew up and followed his primary education in Neuchâtel then moved to Geneva where he graduated in dentistry in 1989, completed a Doctoral Thesis in 1992 and a PhD in 2002, the latter in conjunction with co-authoring the book Bonded Porcelain Restorations in the Anterior Dentition: A Biomimetic Approach, with his mentor, Professor Urs Belser, which has been translated into 12 languages. In 2004 he was recruited to become the Don and Sybil Harrington Professor of Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC) until 2022. In 2021, Dr. Magne published the second edition of his bestselling book entitled Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry. It has already been translated into 10 languages.
