Xpert:

Dr. Taylor Tate received his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Excercise Physiology. He attended dental school at the University of Utah School of Dentistry, graduating top of his class. Dr. Tate takes pride in providing his patients with the best care possible and values the relationships he builds with his patients. 

Dr. Tate is co-owner of Coleman Tate Dental and is the Clinical Instructor for our Salt Lake City, Utah IV clinical site. He is instrumental in the success of DOCS Education’s IV sedation dentistry program.
