Dr. Kozy received his DDS from Ohio State College of Dentistry in 1976. Completed a General Practice Residency with special interest in advanced surgery and anesthesia at St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. Studied full mouth restorative dentistry under Cliff Fox, DMD and Niles Guichet, DDS at Case Western Reserve College of Dentistry. Further studies included Implant Dentistry with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Midwest Implant Institute and with renowned implant surgeons, Hilt Tatum Jr., Paul Mentag, Carl Misch, Duke Heller, Jack Hahn, Mike Pikos, Maurice Salama, and others. Served as regional President of the AAID and has published in its journal and presented at its annual meeting. He became an Associate Fellow in the AAID in 1991. He is former Chief of Dental Staff at St. Vincent Hospital.
