Xpert:

Selma Tosum Poskovic is Clinical Associate Professor & head of Department of Prosthodontics with dental Implantology on Faculty of Dentistry with clinics at the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

She facilitates pre-clinical and clinical lectures and exercises for students on the topic of Prosthodontics and Dental Implantology.

In 2012, she obtained MSc degree with topic “Prevalence and correlation of symptoms and signs of temporomandibular disorders in patients suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder determined by the diagnostic criteria for the investigation of temporomandibular disorders”.

In 2014, she earned her PhD in Dental Science, defended with the dissertation “Evaluation of the success of oral rehabilitation of patients with implantology therapy of type bredent blue sky”

In 2015, she completed 36-month specialization in prosthodontics.

She has conducted scientific research and participated in the development of scientific papers, and published more than 18 original scientific works and two books in field of dentistry.
