Xpert:

Dr. Kars Sivan was born in Romania in 1965 and moved to Israel in 1973. He currently maintains a private practice dedicated to oral rehabilitation and implant dentistry. In his practice, Dr. Kars is implementing the newest methods in bone augmentation, computerized guided implant surgery and implant rehabilitation.

• In 1993 - received the title of D.M.D. upon graduating the faculty of dental medicine at the TEL AVIV University Israel
• 1993 – 1997 – academic instructor at the department of operative & restorative dentistry at TEL AVIV univ. school of dental medicine
• 1999 - graduated the title of M.P.A (master of public administration) from CLARK UNIV., Worcester , Mass., with completion certificate in Dental Health Management
• 1997-2001 – head manager of a public dental health clinic in Beer Sheva , ISRAEL
• 2001 – since then I maintain a private practice in Beer Sheva , Israel with special orientation in the fields of periodontal regeneration, implant surgery and implant rehabilitation
• 2003 – 2005 – fellow doctor at the dental clinic of high risk patients at the ASSUTA hospital in Tel Aviv
• 2003 - Consultant & lecturer in the field of implants surgery and prosthodontics, in continuing education programs in Romania and the Nederland’s, on behalf of M.I.S implants systems from Israel
• Membership – The Israeli dental society , The Israeli Periodontal & Osseointegration society , The Israeli Association of oral implantology
