Sinus Augmentation – State of the Art
Sinus Augmentation is recognized to be one of the most predictable procedures for dental implant placement in the severely atrophic posterior maxilla. Dr. Ziv Mazor discusses how to achieve successful results by creating bone in the posterior maxilla with osseointegration maintaining occlusal function under load.

Bone Splitting and Bone Spreading
Dr. Palti takes us step by step through the process of the bone splitting and the bone spreading techniques, highlighting what instruments to use for different cases and why.

Bone Preservation at Extraction Site
The biology and natural wound healing of the extraction site is often neglected when making clinical decisions. The importance of the thickness of the labial bone as well as the remaining socket gap will be highlighted as determining factors in the decision process of extracted teeth.

Piezosurgery Sinus Lift & Grafting Procedure
Sinus Lift & immediate implant placement in the maxillary, left, posterior region. This procedure includes extraction of a molar prior to opening the sinus window.
