Clinical periodontics today incorporate a wide diversity of problem solving -- from treating the non responsive refractory case through to elective esthetic "perioplastic" procedures -- 4 clinicians show their approaches to different problems including the use of bioactive modifiers to accelerate the healing process.

1 Treatment of Refractory Periodontal Disease
Understand how Dr. Rosenberg approaches the Treatment of Refractory Case by analyzing mechanical debridement, culture, sensitivity, antibiotics, host response, systemic health, recall interval and compliance.
2 Clinical Case Review
A revision of a clinical case involving Sinus Graft, Ridge Augmentation, Iliac Bone, PRP, GBR and GTR.
3 Plasma Rich Growth Factors in Reconstructive Implant Therapy
In this lecture/video, Dr. Eduardo Anitua describes, in great detail, the keys to utilizing plasma derived growth factors (PRGF) in bone augmentation and implant therapy. Specifically, the biologic rationale for the use of PRGF and the surgical techniques for its utilization are highlighted.
4 Periodontal Plastic Surgery
Current trends in Soft Tissue Grafting utilizing both autogenous and allograft tissues.
