Course Description:
This presentation will discuss the treatment planning, surgical and prosthetic/laboratory aspects of the Zirconia CAD CAM screw retained bridge. See how this prosthetic option offers many advantages over a hybrid bridge, bar overdenture, and PFM screw retained bridge.
The advantages include: Less required prosthetic space, no chipping or breakage, no staining, no acrylic, esthetic screw holes, custom tooth shapes, custom tooth coloring, no warping of framework, retrievability, and more.
The techniques presented in this webinar include implant placement steps for success with zirconia screw retained bridges, utilizing CBCT Scans without guides, impression techniques, grafting techniques, provisionalization techniques and more… Multiple case presentations will be shown, as well as the steps required to utilize this prosthetic modality. The background of zirconia as a restorative option will be outlined, as will how zirconia wears opposing teeth less than porcelain. See the CAD CAM future of implant prosthetics with milled zirconia and how it can be utilized in your practice.
