Nice presentation, congrats! Just a few questions: 1.How you take the impressions of the definitive abutment for the final(definitive)crown? 2.Are the abutment always torqued up to 35 Ncm(minimum)if you have the possibility?And what you do if it is not possible?(2 stage?provisional?)

Transitioning of Teeth to Implants: Risk Assessment for Successful Outcome
In the transitioning of teeth to implants, a number of critical risk factors have to be assessed. Dozens of decisions have to be made by clinicians based on consideration of factors, including: esthetic requirements, morphology of extraction socket, biotype of peri-implant soft tissues, implant macro design, implant length and diameter, implant surface texture, management of the horizontal gap between socket and implant, provisionalization and loading protocol. Some of these decisions are guided by scientific evidence, while many of the decisions are typically based on empirical guidelines set by individual opinions. This presentation will provide a rationale and outline a predictable protocol for replacement of teeth with implants.

Placement of an endosseous implant requires sufficient bone volume for complete bone coverage. The use of intraoral block bone grafts from intraoral sources has increased over the years. Possible sources for autogenic bone are the calvarium ,tibia,and the iliac crest(frequently used for major jaw reconstruction).However,these sources are not always recommended because of their morbidity,altered ambulation,and the need for hospitalization,as well as significant resorption associated with corticocancellous block grafts from endochondral donor sites.
