A Complete 3D Strategy to Esthetic Cross Arch Restorations: Guide Surgery & Soft Tissue Interface Management with CAD-CAM Restorations
Description:
I will highlight the benefits achievable through the use of guided planning, guided laboratory procedures and guided surgeries, while maintaining the fundamental principles of osseointegration. My ten years of scientifically proven experience and clinical follow-up in guided surgery and CAD/CAM biomimetic restorations will be shared with the audience to support clinical protocols as well as practical tips and tricks with case studies demonstrating each clinical scenario. New surgical and prosthetic improvements and novel proof-of-concept techniques to enhance the natural soft tissue integration will be presented. Viewers will also broaden their knowledge of hard and soft tissue surgical management through the guided surgery, discovering the latest implant designs and prosthetic interfaces designed to achieve an ideal soft tissue seal and bone level over time.

Excellent and progressive approach and has changed own protocols in our office. We are arbitrarily resecting large amounts of bone to accommodate Hybrid restorations and I believe this is a growing problem in our field with significant hygiene issues and long term survivability of these implants......in most cases. Thank you Dr. S

Alessandro,
I could not understand your English on the video-so I think it would be better if I come to Rome so I can have you speak to me in Italian. I think we would have more fun doing it that way.
Beautiful cases of "Smartfusion"--you are the best.

Enjoyed the lecture. Would like to ask what kind of software do you use for the treatment planning and if you offer any hands on courses on the treatment planning you were talking in this lecture? Thank you.

3-D Smile Designing with a Functional Touch: The Dental GPS Way
In this esthetic driven era, the responsibility of delivering something that is functionally and esthetically acceptable is of utmost importance.
Today , we have something called Dental GPS which is a software that is available both in a clinician version and lab version. It is not only able to help us with the simulation of the proposed results in less than 5 minutes but also able to help us print the diagnostic M lines to help us mount the casts (using a digital facebow) for 2D wax ups and / or 3D virtual wax ups for 3D printed models.
This presentation will highlight the usage, simplicity and precision of planning and execution using the 3D smile design software.

The Importance of Facially Driven Smile Design in Modern Comprehensive Dentistry
Modern dentistry is comprehensive, comprehensive dentistry is interdisciplinary,
interdisciplinary dentistry is facially driven, Facially Driven dentistry starts with Smile Design.
Facially Driven Natural looking Smile Design is the starting point of modern restorative
dentistry and the key to improve diagnosis and decision making.
The importance of understanding how to consistently create adequate smile designs in
harmony with faces is underrated in dentistry and the notion that this topic is under control
is overrated. We don’t know what we don’t know. The aim of this lecture is to highlight the
challenges, evolution, and the important concepts to become a great smile designer and also how to use technology to streamline the process and deliver naturally beautiful healthy smiles consistently.

The Role of Digital Technologies & Materials for Full-Arch Implant Reconstruction
In prosthetic rehabilitations, we used for many years codified and widely described protocols in literature, with results that met our expectations and well above those of our patients. It is true that the advent of new technologies has enabled the dental team to use new material and new equipment that facilitated the production of an adaptation and an accuracy of the prosthetic rehabilitation that has, up to now, been difficult to obtain.
In this presentation, we will analyze different cases, highlighting the operational differences that they have developed over time, with the increasing knowledge of the new materials and the daily developing of the new software's. It is also described how traditional materials and techniques have been replaced with other innovative new technologies, and how the results obtained with these are systematic and significantly better in updated generations prior.

Oral Hygiene and Maintenance of Dental Implants
Long-term predictability of dental implants and their associated restorations has been demonstrated. As the number of patients treated with dental implants continues to grow, dentists must accept the challenges of maintaining these sometimes complex restorations. Proper monitoring and maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity of the dental implant and its associated restoration through a combination of appropriate professional care, evaluation, and effective patient oral hygiene. The value…

Guide to Diagnosing & Treating Endodontic & Periodontal Lesions
The gathering of diagnostic information using radiographs and conventional pulp vitality testing serves as the current foundation for milking uncomplicated endodontic diagnoses. Acquiring and investigating diagnostic information can be analogous to piecing together a puzzle. As each piece fits, a picture begins to emerge. but if the puzzle contains too many pieces and inherently becomes more complex, frustration mounts and elucidating the pIcture becomes more difficult. Therefore, the practitioner must…
