Hossam, I agree fully with you and the most difficult part is to be able to discern who will be that difficult patient. But my rule has always been, "When in doubt, DON'T!" Your intuition (or your dental assistant's) is the best indication that a patient may be someone that you may not be able to satisfy and life is just too short to have all the stress associated with this type of patient.

it is very important to keep QUALITY pateint and equally importnat to early diagnose and get rid of some patients even they may be good payer... but imagine how can the infelunce your office image by bad mouthing you in fornt of other sceptical patients in the waiting room,
