Richard, thank You for Your comment. As for Your questions, we think that New Technologies are growing every day more. The goal is to achieve a fully digital workflow: this could be possible by using the replica of the temporary customize function by the patient himself. This could be a great advantage also in complex cases where is needed to reorganize the occlusion. The monolithic materials, and especially, the increasing of their optical and strength characteristics are the keys to reach our goals. Let me know if You need any other infos or questions. Esthetic Zone Reconstruction: Synergy of Hard and Soft Tissue Grafting
The loss of alveolar ridge contour in the esthetic zone compromises both esthetics and function. This clinical presentation will focus on the application of both hard and soft tissue grafting in the esthetic zone implementing state of the art interactive CT diagnosis and treatment planning for optimal esthetic implant reconstruction. Emphasis will be on indications, graft and harvest site assessment, timing, and use of bioactive modifiers including BMP, PRGF and PDGF. The surgical protocol utilizing allogeneic and autogenous grafts in conjunction with connective tissue grafts, acellular dermis matrix, and related soft tissue procedures to avoid functional and esthetic pitfalls will be featured. Pre and post-grafting prosthetic workup, interactive CT graft assessment and perio prosthetic driven implant planning, stent driven implant placement, and computer milled abutment fabrication including guided surgery will be included.

The Dual Zone Approach to Tooth Replacement in the Esthetic Zone
Improvements in implant designs have helped advance successful immediate anterior implant placement into fresh extraction sockets. Clinical techniques described in this presentation will enable practitioners to achieve predictable esthetic success using a method that limits the amount of buccal contour change of the extraction site ridge and potentially enhances the thickness of the peri-implant soft tissues coronal to the implant-abutment interface. This approach involves atraumatic tooth removal without flap elevation, and placing a bone graft into the residual gap around an immediate fresh-socket anterior implant with a screw-retained provisional restoration acting as a prosthetic socket seal device. Long term follow up and evidence from scientific literature to support this concept will be described.
