前歯部の即時インプラント治療:包括的審美のマネジメント

Description:
The management of the anterior esthetic is one of the hottest topics in Dentistry. The diagnostic phase is critical. In this lecture, we are going to discuss all the parameters to achieve the correct diagnosis of the socket and the various treatment plan correlated to each type of socket. The bone zone and the tissue zone will be evaluated and discussed in detail, regarding each of their variables. In the surgical part, Dr. Agnini will describe the criteria necessary for successfully utilizing minimally invasive protocols within the esthetic zone and the possibility of placing or not placing a bone graft in the “gap” and the opportunity to use a connective tissue graft to overbuild the site bucco - lingually. To achieve “Esthetic perfection”, every minimal detail should be considerated, starting from the temporary on the day of the surgery: Dr Agnini will describe various clinical options and techniques for efficiently and esthetically fabricating a temporary restoration immediately after implant placement in the replacement of a single tooth.

Combining Implant Replacement with Esthetic Restorative Dentistry
Achieving predictable anterior implant esthetics is often a challenge for clinicians. The creation of anterior implant restorations with harmonious gingival contour that emulate nature is a fusion of science and art. Understanding the biologic and physiologic limitations of the soft and hard tissue along with proper implant positioning facilitates predictability in both simple and complex esthetic situations. This presentation focuses on current implant treatment philosophies and methodologies for the replacement of missing or failing teeth in the esthetic zone. Equal emphasis is placed on the diagnosis and treatment planning, current protocols for optimal 3D implant positioning, periodontal plastic procedures, bone grafting maneuvers, and prosthetic management for optimal anterior implant esthetics.

4 Steps to a Predictable Full Arch Rehabilitation
We live in an era where technology surround us. In Dentistry, there has been a progressive development in digital technology and workflows. In this lecture, we will discuss the data acquisition, diagnosis and treatment plan for a full arch rehabilitation. Which obstacles may we find and how to overcome them? Also, in this clinical case presented, we will highlight the potential of Digital Smile Design & virtual implant planning and their critical role to achieve a predictable outcome Implementing new workflows on a daily practice requires a well organized step-by-step process, and our goal is to show you our 4 step digital protocol to achieve the same results we planned.

Implant Therapy Within the Esthetic Context: Immediate Implant Placement & Provisional Premium Member Content

Implant Therapy Within the Esthetic Context: Immediate Implant Placement & Provisional
Contemporary implant therapy aims to provide highly esthetic and predictable treatment outcomes, while decreasing treatment duration and complexity. The clinician must therefore become cognizant of circumstances with a predisposition for sub-optimal esthetic outcomes, and treatment plan accordingly; including scenarios where tooth preservation may be the preferred alternative. Provided that an immediate implant placement and provisionalization technique is utilized, single tooth implant sites without soft or hard tissue defects offer the most potential for predictable esthetic outcomes. This presentation will feature a comprehensive description of the protocol currently utilized at the University of Pennsylvania’s Periodontal Prosthesis program, including a discussion of the treatment rationale and technique considerations.

The Central-Lateral Replacement Dilemma in Esthetic Implant Dentistry: Clinical Alternatives & Case Management
This presentation puts an emphasis on identifying the risk factors to successful esthetic outcomes specific to multiple adjacent tooth replacement within the Esthetic Zone. Specifically, the challenges to replacement of adjacent Maxillary Lateral and Central Incisors will be highlighted as well as developing appropriate solutions to overcoming them. A clear blueprint will be outlined which will incorporate digital and biomaterial technology synergistically with advanced surgical protocols to overcome esthetic challenges and predictably achieve successful results. In addition, specific guidelines for the utilization of new regenerative products will be outlined as well as new technologies and applications for future enhancement.

Subclassification and Clinical Management of Extraction Sockets with Labial Dentoalveolar Dehiscence Defects
Immediate implant therapy involving implants placed into intact Type 1 extraction sockets has become a consistent clinical technique. The classification of Type 2 extraction sockets, where the mucosal tissues are present but there is a midfacial osseous dehiscence defect, has been described according to the extent of the buccal bone plate absence. The literature has offered different techniques in the treatment of Type 2 sockets; however, the extent of the defect has never been defined or delineated.

The “Scalloped Guide”: A Proof-of-Concept Technique for a Digitally Streamlined, Pink-Free Full-Arch Implant Protocol
Inadequate restorative space can result in mechanical, biologic, and esthetic complications with full-arch fixed implant-supported prosthetics. As such, clinicians often reduce bone to create clearance. The aim of this paper was to present a protocol using stacking computer-aided design/computerassisted manufacturing (CAD/CAM) guides to minimize and accurately obtain the desired bone reduction, immediately place prosthetically guided implants, and load a provisional that replicates predetermined tissue contour. This protocol can help clinicians minimize bone reduction and place the implants in an ideal position that allows them to emerge from the soft tissue interface with a natural, pink-free zirconia fixed dental prostheses.
